The House of Dreams: Exploring Val Telberg
Val Telberg (born Vladimir Telberg-von-Teleheim) was a Russian-born American artist best known for his surrealist photomontages. His interest in experimental photography and film led him to study in New York and he had his first exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum in 1948. He is widely known for collaborating with Anais Nin. His surrealist photomontages featured in her prose poetry novel – House Of Incest (1958 edition).
